Industry Experience During our years of calling we have had experience working with a variety of companies representing over 100 different types of products and services. Once the program parameters are defined, we develop calling scripts in conjunction with our client to focus on the goal of the program. Prior to starting each program, our callers are trained on the product or service to the extent the client requires. Some programs require more in depth training and other programs such as database cleanup require just learning the general basics.
